Profile:
Jiheng Zhang joined the Department of Industrial Engineering and
Logistics Management as an Assistant Professor at the Hong Kong
University of Science and Technology in 2009. His research interests are
in the areas of service operations management, queueing system and
applied probability. He received both Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in
operations research from Georgia Institute of Technology (2009, 2005),
M.S. degree in mathematics from the Ohio State University(2003), and
B.S. degree in mathematics in Nanjing University(2002).
